I have been indulging some serious pumpkin spice treats. I wanted to find a way to enjoy this delicious flavor that we all love so much, but in a healthier way. Now, you could make this recipe even healthier by simply using pumpkin puree. But, let’s remember that pumpkin is a squash. Therefore, pumpkin puree will taste like pureed squash. I wasn’t trying to make banana squash ice cream, so I opted for the pumpkin pie filling. It adds a lot more flavor and sweetness. This pumpkin spice ice cream takes 2 ingredients and about 5 minutes. Super easy and delicious!
