Smoothie bowls are a hot trend right now. Every time I look on Pinterest, Instagram, or Twitter, I see a picture of a girl in a cute outfit eating a pretty smoothie bowl. I said to myself, “I want to be that girl in a cute outfit eating a pretty smoothie bowl.” While I didn’t meet the cute outfit requirement in my pajamas, I definitely met the pretty bowl requirement. Not to mention it was delicious and healthy!
You will need:
1 acai packet
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen berries
3/4 cup almond milk (you can use any liquid of your choice)
toppings of your choice
Add acai, banana, berries and almond milk to blender. May take a few minutes and a few stirs to get it perfectly smooth but keep working at it, it’s worth it. Then top with whatever you desire! I used muesli and goji berries. Grab a spoon and enjoy!
