Peanut Butter Banana “Milkshake”

This healthy “milkshake” is perfect for that 3 o’clock hour when all you want to do is grab coffee and a pastry. It is sweet and satisfying. While I’m drinking it, I don’t miss the pastry that I was craving 10 minutes before making it. It truly feels like an indulgent milkshake. If you want to make this even healthier, cause we all know that health nut who has to go the extra mile, use almond butter instead of peanut butter and add a cup of spinach. Both of these variations are delicious and I highly recommend trying this one out!

All you need is:

1 banana

1 cup of ice

1 cup of almond milk

1 Tbsp of peanut butter

1 tsp of cinnamon

 

Blend until smooth and enjoy!
